Direct purchases
If you bought Safe Screen Share through the checkout on our website, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for the license within 14 calendar days after the purchase was completed. You do not need to give a reason.
Email [email protected] before the 14-day period ends. Include the purchase email and, if available, the order ID. Do not send your full card number, bank details, passwords, or other secrets.
Direct checkout is sold and processed by Creem as merchant of record. We will review and submit an eligible request promptly. Creem processes the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears and may take additional business days. Currency-conversion differences or fees charged independently by your bank are outside our control.
Marketplace purchases
If AppSumo, SaaSZilla, or another marketplace sold you the product, that marketplace is the seller for refund purposes. Its refund window, eligibility rules, and request process apply. Request the refund from the marketplace account or support channel used for the purchase. We will reasonably assist if the marketplace needs us to confirm redemption or deactivate the license.
What happens after a refund
A refunded license and its paid features will be deactivated. You should remove the license key from the extension. Any free features that we continue to offer may remain available under our Terms of Service.
Abuse and duplicate payments
The guarantee is intended for genuine purchases. We may verify the order and refuse or challenge a request involving a fraudulent purchase, forged or stolen payment method, duplicate refund, or material abuse. If you were charged twice for the same intended purchase, contact us and we will work with Creem to correct it.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy is a voluntary guarantee in addition to rights you may have under applicable consumer law. It does not exclude or reduce any right that cannot legally be waived, including remedies for digital content that does not conform to mandatory requirements.
